Summary

As Health Technology Assessment (HTA) expert to implement local PE collaboration and review BIA model.
Achieve new product/indication NHIA reimbursement in a timely manner, while maintaining active engagement with key stakeholders and authorities, while supporting projects in shaping healthcare or reimbursement policies.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Develop, process and execute Value Access and HEOR strategies to accelerate early access and maximize market potential for responsible products.
  • Apply for new product/indication reimbursement in time with expected price.
  • Lead x-functional process in gaining price/ reimbursement for new products and criteria relaxation for indication extension
  • Cooperate with medical/ regulatory affairs to smoothen the registration process in order to accelerate product/indication registration, so as to allow earlies reimbursement
  • Build up partnership with key decision makers.
  • Manage the reimbursement price under the regular PV cut, DET or off-patent cut environment
  • Conceptual thinking to propose the strategy/ actions by understanding the changing health and pharmaceutical environments
  • Government/ Public communication to shape the healthcare environment by working with CPO or industry association
  • Lead and coach junior market access associate(s), as required

Key performance indicators:

  • Meet the objectives of Value Access and HEOR projects
  • Keep good communication with the government/public to monitor the dynamics of healthcare policies
  • Generate efficient and effective Value Access and HEOR strategies and actions to support business

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above majors in pharmacy/public health with health economic background
  • At least 2 years in Patient Access and HTA related experience, or at least 4-year experience in marketing or medical (a plus with experiences in health policy, communication, Access, HEOR, HTA, new product launch, promotional activities, etc.).
  • Number sensitivity, data analysis capability and excel ability is needed.
  • Being agile to change, purpose-driven, willing to support others’ success
