As a Learning Project Manager at Novartis, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our U.S. Marketing teams and cross-functional partners through innovative, compliant, and results-driven training programs. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of learning programs from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design and deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with scope, budget, and business goals
  • Monitor learning effectiveness and ROI using data, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback
  • Leverage learning technologies to create engaging, scalable, and blended learning experiences
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communications, surveys, and Q&A documentation
  • Design and update training materials such as handbooks and quick reference guides
  • Support communication and change management strategies for training initiatives

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development with proven project management expertise
    • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. Marketing and commercial operations in regulated environments
    • Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design tools
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodology
    • Experience designing compliance training for sales or promotional activities in regulated industries
